Dear friends, partners and coachees,

Entering 2020, together with the job4U2 team, I was looking forward to celebrate the 10th anniversary of job4U2, my head full of ideas, connected to the sentiment of joy and anticipation.

Like for everyone, this year, our plans have been put upside down by the arrival of the pandemic. Instead of celebrating what has been achieved  and planning the future, we found ourselves learning to be in the present, to adjust our actions to what is actually happening now and determining what to do with the thoughts and emotions induced by what was lost and by the unexpected.

We are proud that despite of the situation many of our coachees have been able to thrive in their new job, to step in their first job in Switzerland or to clarify their professional options and ambitions in their new country. Their success has kept us smiling and fulfiled all along this year.

Although I have no certainty about what 2021 will be like, I know that we will be entering the new year better prepared for enjoying what is there, in the present moment, each ray of sunshine, each smile and tiny reason to be joyful and grateful.

I wish you to enjoy each day of the holiday season, to stay safe and healthy and to enter 2021 with joy and happiness.
